What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to games and services provided by Introbolt Studio that link to this document. It currently applies to:

  • Word PopAndroid
    com.introboltstudio.wordpop

If a specific game introduces unique features or third-party integrations, an additional notice will explain those specific practices.

1. Who is responsible

Introbolt Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops the games covered by this policy and determines why and how its Analytics integration is used. Depending on the service and applicable law, a third-party provider may process information on our behalf or for its own purposes under its privacy policy.

Privacy contact: introboltstudio579@gmail.com

2. Information involved

Game data on your device

Our games save your progress, scores, unlocks, preferences, privacy choices, and ad state locally on your device. Introbolt Studio does not transmit or store this local progress data on external servers.

We do not currently offer Introbolt Studio player accounts or cloud save services. This local progress remains on your device unless your platform's backup or restore features copy it.

Support communications

If you contact us by email, the email services used by you and Introbolt Studio process your email address and message to deliver the correspondence. Introbolt Studio uses the message only to respond and does not add it to a Word Pop player account or app-user database.

Please do not send passwords, government identifiers, advertising IDs, device serial numbers, or sensitive personal data in support emails. Support can help you identify the correct deletion route, but local deletion is completed on your device and SDK data is managed through the relevant provider's privacy tools.

Data processed by service providers

Our games integrate third-party SDKs for consent management, ad delivery, analytics, and operational security. Depending on your choices, region, device settings, and which provider supplies an ad, these service providers may process:

  • IP address and network connection details;
  • Device hardware model, operating system, system language, app version, diagnostics, and crash or performance data;
  • App-instance, installation, device, or advertising identifiers supplied or generated by the providers;
  • User consent states and privacy choice signals;
  • Gameplay sessions and bounded gameplay events sent to Unity Analytics after permission;
  • Ad requests, impressions, interactions, clicks, reward confirmations, and impression-level revenue data;
  • Security, fraud prevention, and anti-abuse signals; and
  • Approximate location or general context inferred from an IP address.

Word Pop does not require an account or ask players to provide a name, message, custom player ID, raw device identifier, or precise GPS location within the game. If you contact support, your email address and message are handled as described under “Support communications.” Advertising and Analytics providers may generate or receive their own identifiers as described in their policies.

3. Services used

Google UMP and Google Mobile Ads

Word Pop includes the Google Mobile Ads Unity plugin to use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). UMP presents applicable privacy messages, records privacy choices, and reports whether ads may be requested.

The game does not initialize Google Mobile Ads as a separate, direct AdMob ad-serving path. However, Google/AdMob is configured as a mediated advertising source through Unity LevelPlay, so a Google ad may be served when LevelPlay selects that source.

Unity LevelPlay, ironSource, and Unity Ads

Unity LevelPlay is the advertising mediation provider. Google/AdMob, the ironSource advertising network, and Unity Ads are configured advertising sources. Which source is available may vary by region, consent state, inventory, provider dashboard settings, and app build; not every source is used for every impression.

Unity Ads documents purchase history as information it may collect and share for advertising or marketing and analytics. Word Pop has no in-app purchase flow, and neither Word Pop nor Introbolt Studio receives payment-card or bank-account details through the game.

Depending on those conditions, Word Pop may show interstitial ads and optional rewarded video ads.

Unity Analytics

Unity Analytics is separate from advertising consent. It starts only after you choose Allow for Gameplay analytics. Events generated before permission are dropped rather than queued for later delivery. If permission is declined, Analytics remains inactive.

Allowed events are associated with a randomly generated installation identifier. This makes the data pseudonymous, not anonymous, and Unity treats some Analytics information as personal data under applicable privacy laws. Word Pop does not assign a custom player ID.

Unity Engine Diagnostics

Unity Engine Diagnostics is enabled in Word Pop. When the app runs, Unity may collect essential crash logs, telemetry, and configuration metadata needed to deliver and maintain Unity products and services used by the game.

This essential diagnostics path can operate independently of the optional Gameplay Analytics choice. Disabling Gameplay analytics stops Word Pop's custom Analytics events, but does not necessarily disable Unity engine or service essential diagnostics.

Website hosting

This website is hosted on Netlify. It does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or account systems. Netlify may process standard web request logs, including IP addresses and technical information, to deliver, operate, and secure the site as described in its privacy statement.

4. Why information is used

Information is processed to deliver core gameplay features, honor your privacy preferences, serve and measure advertisements, grant ad rewards, analyze game stability, prevent fraud, fulfill legal requirements, and respond to support inquiries.

Depending on the information, purpose, and applicable law, processing may rely on consent, providing the requested service, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests such as maintaining security and service reliability. Third-party providers describe their own legal bases in their privacy policies.

5. Advertising and your choices

Word Pop requests ads only when UMP reports that ads may be requested. Depending on your region, privacy choices, provider settings, and applicable law, ads may be personalized, contextual, non-personalized, basic, or limited. Rejecting personalized ads does not necessarily turn off all ads.

In Word Pop, open Settings and select Ad privacy choices to reopen Google's privacy options form when UMP makes that control available. Your device or platform settings may provide additional advertising controls.

A rewarded ad is optional. Rewards are granted in-game after the advertising network confirms successful ad completion.

6. Gameplay analytics choices

In Word Pop, open Settings and change Gameplay analytics to allow or disable future Analytics events. This choice is independent from Ad privacy choices: changing one does not change the other.

Disabling Gameplay analytics stops future custom event collection through the game's Analytics integration. It does not disable the essential Unity Engine Diagnostics described in section 3, and it does not by itself delete information Unity previously collected. Unity provides separate privacy and deletion processes, linked below.

7. Who receives information

Information collected through integrated SDKs may be transmitted directly to our third-party service providers and their authorized processors. Introbolt Studio does not sell personal information for money. Advertising-related disclosures may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under some regional privacy laws, and provider policies explain their applicable controls.

Introbolt Studio may disclose information it actually holds, such as support correspondence, when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer. Information held by an SDK provider is handled under that provider's policies and legal obligations.

8. Retention

Local progress data remains on your device until you reset storage or uninstall the application. Platform backup and restore settings may affect what is later restored. Introbolt Studio does not maintain a Word Pop player account, cloud save, or app-user database.

Email and SDK service providers set their own retention periods under their policies, settings, technical requirements, and legal obligations.

9. Access and deletion

Word Pop data deletion: See the dedicated Word Pop data deletion page for local deletion steps and Unity and Google privacy options. Support can explain the available routes, but local deletion is completed on your device. Requests concerning provider-held SDK data must use the privacy controls or request processes that the provider makes available.

Data on your device

You can clear your local game data at any time through Android app settings or by uninstalling the application. This takes effect immediately on that device.

Introbolt Studio accounts

Because we do not operate user accounts, there is no account record to delete on our systems.

Provider-held data

Third-party SDK providers store records associated with installation, advertising, or device identifiers. These records are not connected to an Introbolt Studio account. A request may require a provider-specific identifier or process, and an email address alone may not be enough to locate the record.

10. Children and age

Target audience, age rating, child-directed treatment, and age controls are determined for each game and its store listing. This policy does not declare that every Introbolt Studio game is directed to children or adults.

If you have a concern about a child's information, please contact introboltstudio579@gmail.com.

11. International processing

Information processed by our third-party service providers may be stored and processed outside your home country. Their policies describe their processing locations, transfer arrangements, and applicable safeguards.

12. Security

We limit custom analytics fields, separate privacy choices where appropriate, and use established service providers for connected services. However, no digital transmission or storage method is completely secure.

13. Provider policies and privacy controls

14. Privacy requests

For Word Pop data deletion, use the dedicated local and provider instructions. The correct route depends on where the information is stored:

  • Local game data: You control this data through Android storage settings or by uninstalling the app.
  • Introbolt Studio app-user data: Word Pop has no Introbolt Studio player account, cloud save, or app-user database.
  • Unity Analytics and diagnostics: Unity stores these records on its systems and may require its own in-game or authenticated privacy process.
  • Advertising and consent data: Unity, ironSource, Google/AdMob, or another configured provider may require its own identifier and verification process. Provider controls are linked in section 13 and on the data deletion page.

The public support email can help you identify the relevant route and understand the steps. Introbolt Studio does not control Unity or Google systems and cannot perform deletion within a provider's systems.

15. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect game updates, provider changes, or legal obligations. The “Updated” date at the top indicates when changes were last made.
