Word Pop is an Android game by Introbolt Studio. It has no player account, cloud save, or Introbolt Studio app-user database. Local game data is deleted on your device. Requests concerning data held by Unity or Google must use the privacy controls or request processes those providers make available. Introbolt Studio support can help you identify the right route.
1. What you need to do
- Delete local Word Pop data: clear the app's storage or uninstall it using the Android steps in section 2. This takes effect immediately on that device.
- For Unity-held data: use Unity's game-player privacy process in section 4. Unity may require an in-game or authenticated provider flow to locate an installation record.
- For Google advertising controls: follow Google's instructions to delete or reset the Android advertising ID and review Google's privacy controls linked in section 4. Deleting the identifier limits its future use on the device but does not necessarily erase information previously processed by Google or another advertising provider.
- If you need help choosing a route: email introboltstudio579@gmail.com with the subject Word Pop data deletion assistance. Support can explain the steps, but deletion is completed on your device or through the privacy process the relevant provider makes available.
Because Word Pop has no server account, there is no Introbolt Studio account-deletion request to submit. Do not email advertising IDs, device serial numbers, passwords, or other sensitive identifiers to support.
2. Delete game data stored on your device
Word Pop stores progress, scores, unlocks, preferences, privacy choices, and ad state locally on your device. Introbolt Studio cannot access or delete this local data remotely.
You can delete it through Android settings. Menu names vary by device, but the usual path is:
- Open Android Settings.
- Select Apps, then Word Pop.
- Select Storage and choose Clear storage or Clear data.
Timeline: clearing storage takes effect immediately on that device and removes the active local Word Pop data. Uninstalling Word Pop also removes its active local app data immediately. Android backup or restore features may preserve or later restore a separate copy; manage those copies through your Google or device backup settings.
3. Where remotely processed data is held
Introbolt Studio
Word Pop does not send progress to an Introbolt-operated server. Introbolt Studio has no player account, cloud-save record, or app-user database for the game.
Unity services
Unity systems may process installation-associated Analytics events, essential engine diagnostics, crash or performance information, ad interactions, approximate location, and provider-generated identifiers.
Google services
Google UMP and Google/AdMob may process consent signals, advertising or device identifiers, approximate location, app interactions, and diagnostics under Google's policies and your applicable choices.
Local game data
Progress and settings remain on your device. They are not erased by changing an advertising or Analytics preference; use the Android storage steps above.
4. Provider deletion options
Unity and Google operate the systems that process remote SDK data. Their privacy processes determine how a record is identified, whether it can be deleted, what verification is required, and how long completion takes.
- Unity privacy choices and requestsFollow Unity's game-player instructions for access, deletion, correction, and regional opt-outs. Unity explains that an email address alone may not locate a game-player record and may direct you to an in-game privacy flow.
- Unity Game Player and App User Privacy PolicyUnity's policy for players using Unity Analytics, Unity engine services, LevelPlay, ironSource, or Unity Ads.
- Delete the Android advertising IDGoogle's Android instructions for deleting the device advertising identifier.
- Google Privacy Policy and privacy controlsGoogle explains how to access, manage, export, or delete information controlled by Google.
Introbolt Studio support can help you find the relevant provider instructions. The provider must authenticate, locate, and manage records held in its systems, so Introbolt Studio does not perform that deletion itself.
5. What is deleted or kept
Local progress and settings
Deleted immediately on your device: clearing Word Pop's app storage or uninstalling removes active local game data at once. Platform backups may remain until you manage them through the applicable backup service.
Introbolt Studio app-user records
None: Word Pop has no Introbolt Studio player account, cloud save, or app-user database. There is no additional Introbolt Studio retention period for an account or server-side game record because no such record is kept.
Unity and Google provider records
Controlled by the provider: deletion scope, completion time, and retention for Unity Analytics, Unity Engine Diagnostics, LevelPlay, ironSource, Unity Ads, Google UMP, and Google/AdMob are determined by the relevant provider's systems, policies, technical requirements, and legal obligations. Introbolt Studio cannot set or promise a provider retention period.
Aggregated or de-identified information
Information that a provider has aggregated or de-identified may no longer be linked to an identifiable player or installation. Whether it can be located or deleted is determined by that provider and applicable law.
6. Choices that are separate from deletion
In Word Pop, Settings > Gameplay analytics controls future custom Unity Analytics events. Settings > Ad privacy choices reopens Google's privacy form when UMP makes that option available. Advertising and Gameplay Analytics choices are independent.
Changing a preference does not by itself delete information previously processed. Rejecting personalized advertising does not necessarily disable contextual, non-personalized, basic, or limited ads.
7. Support and related documents
If you are unsure which option applies, email introboltstudio579@gmail.com with the subject Word Pop data deletion assistance. Tell us only that you use Word Pop on Android and which step you need help with. Support can explain the available route, but it cannot remotely erase local device data or directly operate Unity's or Google's deletion systems.
For the complete description of Word Pop's data practices, see the Privacy Policy. The Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Introbolt Studio games.
